Trigon acted as Coordinator, Arranger and Joint Bookrunner in Resi Capital S.A.'s secured bond issuance, with exclusivity for institutional investor coverage. In the second tranche, Resi Capital issued PLN 35m of secured bonds, bringing the total amount raised across two tranches to PLN 200m. The second tranche was approximately 25% oversubscribed and attracted a diversified investor base, including both existing investors and new institutional accounts. The financing secures the full funding for Liberty Tower, Resi Capital's flagship residential project located on Grzybowska Street in Warsaw. The transaction represents an important financing milestone for Resi Capital and demonstrates strong investor appetite for the company's credit story and the Liberty Tower project.
