We are looking for people who, working together with our analysts, will deal with, among others:
- preparation of financial analyses of publicly listed companies
- preparation of market analyses and valuations of strategic investment projects
- collecting and updating market data
- preparing presentations and reports for clients
- participation in maintaining contacts with the boards of public companies
- preparing the morning newsletter and cyclical investment studies such as model portfolios or market strategy
- preparing ad-hoc analyses for the needs of those coordinating the creation of valuations and reports
Junior Analyst

Investment Banking
The role comprises, among others:
- Active support of the investment banking team during transaction processes
- Preparation of parts of relevant transaction documentation such as teasers, information memoranda, management presentations, and similar documents presented to domestic and international investors (M&A), as well as analyst presentations and roadshow presentations delivered in the course of public offering processes (ECM)
- Support during the preparation of marketing materials, especially pitch books to existing and prospective clients
- Preparation of business analyses and research, such as sector analyses, screening of prospective investors beyond our team’s sector coverage, or screening of potential acquisition targets
- Support in preparation of valuations (especially comparable listed companies’ analyses, comparable transactions’ analyses, discounted cash flow analyses)
