Trigon acted as Coordinator, Arranger and Sole Bookrunner for institutional investors in Resi Capital S.A.’s PLN 165m secured bond issuance. The transaction represents the largest public bond issuance across the Cavatina Group to date. The proceeds will be used to refinance private debt financing and fund land acquisition and construction costs of Liberty Tower, Resi Capital’s flagship residential project located on Grzybowska Street in Warsaw. Liberty Tower is expected to become one of the landmark residential projects in this part of Warsaw. The project comprises approximately 586 apartments with a total usable residential area of around 25,500 m². The transaction attracted significant participation from institutional investors and highlights the role of the corporate bond market in financing large-scale residential projects.
