Trigon advised ZF Polpharma S.A. on the acquisition of Biofarm S.A., a leading Romanian listed pharmaceutical company.

Trigon, together with BICF Romania, its Romanian IMAP partner, acted as financial adviser to ZF Polpharma S.A. on the acquisition of Biofarm S.A., a pharmaceutical company listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange. Following clearance by the Romanian Financial Supervisory Authority, ZF Polpharma launched a voluntary tender offer for 100% of Biofarm's shares. The transaction followed agreements entered into with Biofarm's two major shareholders, Lion Capital and Longshield Investment, jointly holding approximately 88% of the company's share capital. The transaction represents the largest collaborative project ever completed within the IMAP organisation and further strengthens ZF Polpharma's position in the Central and Eastern European pharmaceutical market.
