KRUK S.A. successfully completed a PLN 600 million 7-year bond issuance, the largest in the company’s history. The transaction was executed in a challenging market environment, marked by heightened geopolitical uncertainty and widening spreads in Poland and international markets. Despite these conditions, the company achieved its longest-ever tenor and tightest spread for an issuance of this size, reinforcing its position as one of the top-tier credits in the Polish bond market. Strong investor demand enabled the successful placement and upsizing of the transaction. The issuance was targeted at professional investors, and Trigon acted as Joint Bookrunner, being the only brokerage house involved in the transaction.
