Czesław, Vice President in the Debt Capital Markets team, joined Trigon in 2025.

He began his career in 2009 as a broker at BOŚ Brokerage House. Prior to joining Trigon, he worked for 13 years at Bank Pekao—first in the non-bank financial institutions area (7 years), and then as a bond origination expert (DCM, 6 years). He participated in numerous corporate and municipal bond issues in Poland. At Trigon, he is responsible, among other things, for the coordination, structuring and documentation of bond issues and also for relations with selected bond issuers. He also possesses expertise in market abuse (MAR).

He holds a master's degree in Finance and Accounting and completed doctoral studies at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH). He also studied in Vienna at WU Wien. He holds a PhD in economics and has been a lecturer at SGH since 2015. Additionally, he holds a securities broker license with authorization to provide investment advisory services (KNF license number 2262).
