Paged Plywood bonds worth €41 million linked to sustainability

Trigon acted as the exclusive organizer and demand book manager for the issuance of two series of 3.5-year bonds with a total value of 41 million euros, issued by Paged Plywood S.A. - one of the five largest producers of plywood and a significant manufacturer of wooden chairs in the European Union. The terms of the bond issue were linked to sustainability indicators and an important element of the transaction was an independent opinion prepared by Sustainalytics. The funds obtained from the issue will assist the issuer in refinancing existing debt.
