Trigon acted as Sole Financial Adviser and Coordinator in securing a PLN 400m credit facility for Grupa Pracuj to finance the acquisition of German HR technology company softgarden, as well as further corporate development and potential M&A activities. The five-year facility was provided by a consortium of three banks: BNP Paribas, Santander and PKO Bank Polski. The financing was secured at the Group level and structured to provide flexibility for its future growth. The EUR 118m acquisition of softgarden represented one of the largest technology-related acquisitions by a Polish company in the DACH region. softgarden is a leading HR technology platform in Germany, offering applicant tracking software, career sites and employer branding solutions. The transaction supported Grupa Pracuj's entry into the German market and further international expansion, strengthening its position as a leading HR technology platform in Central and Eastern Europe.
