Trigon acted as Financial Adviser to Allegro on securing PLN 1.0bn financing from the European Investment Bank.

Trigon acted as Financial Adviser to Allegro in connection with a PLN 1.0bn financing agreement signed with the European Investment Bank. The financing will support Allegro’s strategic R&D and innovation programme for 2026–2030, including further development of software, advanced digital technologies and the continued digitalisation of Allegro’s marketplace platform in Poland and international markets. The transaction strengthens and diversifies Allegro’s funding structure, extends its debt maturity profile and complements the bank financing secured under the Senior Facilities Agreement signed in November 2025.
