Grzegorz, Managing Director within the Institutional Sales team, joined Trigon in June 2023.

Prior to joining Trigon, he served for 13 years as Managing Director at WOOD & Company in Poland, where he was responsible for business development with both domestic and international institutional investors in the CEE region. He played an active role in numerous IPO, SPO, and ABB transactions, supporting the IB team during early-stage pitches and subsequently managing the equity sale process. Grzegorz entered the capital markets in the mid-90s and has been part of Institutional Equity Sales since the very beginning of his professional career. Before joining WOOD & Company, he gained professional experience at Unicredit CAIB Poland, Erste Securities, and the SocGen group.

He is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, where he earned a Master’s degree in Finance and Banking.
