Jan, Director of the ECM team, joined Trigon in 2020.

Before joining Trigon, Jan was with BM PKO BP since 2016. He previously worked at Société Générale, where he was responsible for ECM transactions in Poland and the Central and Eastern European region. Prior to Société Générale, he held the position of Director of the IPO and Corporate Client Department at DM BZ WBK (now Santander BM) and also worked at Ipopema Securities.

Jan has been involved in numerous IPO, SPO, M&A, and tender offer transactions, making him one of the most experienced specialists in capital market transactions.

He is a graduate of the Leon Koźmiński Academy.
