Krzysztof, Managing Partner at Trigon Investment Banking, joined the company in 2014.

He has over 25 years of experience in investment banking. Prior to joining Trigon, Krzysztof worked for over 7 years at UniCredit CAIB, and previously at BNP Paribas and Central Europe Trust. He specializes in M&A transactions, advising, among others, the V4C fund on the sale of KomEko, Żabka Polska on the acquisition of Maczfit and Dietly, as well as Dirlango and Innova on the sale of Whitepress. Krzysztof also advised answear.com and MCI on their initial public offering. He also has experience in M&A transactions involving listed companies, including the acquisition of Magellan, delisting Mondi Świecie and EMF from the Warsaw Stock Exchange, and the landmark PIPE investment in AmRest.

Krzysztof Kempiński is a graduate of the Faculty of Foreign Trade at the Warsaw School of Economics.
