Managing Partner
Ryszard, Managing Partner at Trigon, joined the company in 2010.
He has 30 years of experience in the capital markets and financial instruments sector. As Managing Partner at Trigon, he also serves as Vice President at Trigon Brokerage House S.A., a pioneer in the Polish capital market. He is responsible for the development of the capital markets practice and overseeing IPO transactions.
He began his professional career at WBK (now Santander Bank Polska), where he held the position of Vice President at the brokerage house, contributing to the creation of one of the best local brokerage institutions in Poland. He contributed to the implementation of the largest privatizations in Poland during the economic transformation period.
He also supports startups in raising funds, sharing his experience, particularly in the gaming and life sciences sectors.
He is a graduate of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań (major: physics) and the Poznań University of Economics.
